In-Residence Outplacement Program

This service is designed for the senior executive located in a remote market or a market where an appropriate executive-level outplacement service is not available. It has the same focus as our Executive Outplacement Program yet provides a control dimension on quality and responsiveness that previously did not exist.

The client, with spouse participation optional, begins the service during an intense, one week period. In some cases, the client is scheduled to come to our Cleveland offices on Monday of the week following separation.

This program is conducted in a manner providing special attention to senior management. The first week is spent providing all the preparation to conduct a successful job search. The executive goes through the process in a completely personal, individualized manner.

The key in the In-Residence Outplacement Program is to generate a complete understanding of the job search process while identifying and planning the on-going support network to service the client throughout the process.

We can arrange for an appropriate in-town office support system upon final approval. This support arrangement must meet our quality standards and support our equipment interfaces. This design of on-going support structure is unsurpassed in the outplacement industry and promotes an effective transition with our continued and direct support.

This service is sponsored by an employer who is responsible for all fees.
