For the past 25-plus years, I have assisted over 600 executives in their transitions – in outplacement, search, or Key Executive Leadership Development. The common denominator in these transitions is that the executive and I established a strong supportive relationship which led to his/her successful transition.

In so many instances, I have been asked to provide Executive Coaching/Consulting to individuals outside of the above mentioned formal services. I have done so in some of those instances – because of friendship, business relationships, or simply to help someone.
