Executive Coaching/Consulting

For the past 25-plus years, I have assisted over 600 executives in their transitions – in outplacement, search, or Key Executive Leadership Development. The common denominator in these transitions is that the executive and I established a strong supportive relationship which led to his/her successful transition.

In so many instances, I have been asked to provide Executive Coaching/Consulting to individuals outside of the above mentioned formal services. I have done so in some of those instances – because of friendship, business relationships, or simply to help someone.

Now, I have decided to offer this service to qualified individuals through our web site.

There are as many reason to use an Executive Coaching/Consultant as there are people doing it. Essentially, there are three reason why it makes sense to use an Executive Coach/Consultant:

• An Executive Coach/Consultant can be an excellent sounding board
• An Executive Coach/Consultant can provide an Objective read on a situation
• An Executive Coach/Consultant has many more job changing experiences than a person who changes positions infrequently.

Once you’ve done so, we will know of your interest and will contact you for additional information. The information requested is straightforward, however here are a few comments which may help you in responding :

• Provide information which you believe will help differentiate you from others – in the Affiliations and Personal Information categories in particular.
• When describing Responsibilities and Accomplishments, be specific but don’t feel as if you have to tell everything that you did; three or four Responsibilities and one or two Accomplishments will suffice.
• If you can’t remember specific information, put down what you think is correct, then note it is an estimate.
• Since personal circumstances change regularly, you will be requested to reconfirm your interest in staying active on this database approximately every six months.
