Interim Health Care Executive Opportunities

Recognizing that there exists a need for interim executives in health care settings, we have established a service to assist individuals wishing to work as Interim Executives in community and rural hospitals in Ohio.

Our focus is on helping Ohio community or rural hospitals address interim executive needs when they occur in the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Patient Services Officer, or Chief Human Resources Officer roles.

The reasons for using interim executives tend to be due to unexpected resignations, illness, or unanticipated organizational changes. While circumstances vary, we believe most of these assignments will be short term, likely three to six months in duration; probably not leading to a permanent assignment; and with the interim executive probably charged with maintaining the organization rather than seeing it through dramatic change. These are the premises by which we approach interim executives and organizations.

If you are interested in becoming a candidate for interim assignments, you are encouraged to complete the information requested in the questionnaire http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=ygzrc3EQ23G2NBSNIVPAmQ_3d_3d

Once you've done so, we will know of your interest and will contact you for additional information. The information requested is straightforward, however here are a few comments which may help you in responding :

You will be treated for tax purposes as a "1099 employee" of LTM&Company: no taxes are withheld, no benefits are paid, no earned credit for any program will occur.

We will advise the hospital on the compensation it should offer in the assignment. You have the option to accept or reject the compensation. Interim Executives may be paid living or travel expenses according to the desire of the hospital.

Thank you for your interest.
